Financial Transparency
At Muslim Welfare and Education Samiti (MWES), all financial contributions received are treated with utmost transparency and utilized for social welfare, student aid, and educational initiatives.
Donations made to the Samiti are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a payment receipt is generated, the funds are earmarked directly for community and academic welfare activities.
In cases where a donor experiences an unintentional duplicate payment or bank server timeout error resulting in multiple debits for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded.
To request a refund for an erroneous transaction, the payer must notify MWES within 7 business days of the transaction date, providing proof of payment (Transaction ID, Date, Bank Statement extract).
Upon satisfactory verification by our accounts team, the eligible refund will be credited back to the original bank account/payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
