Muslim Welfare and Education Samiti (MWES) organizes educational welfare programs, awards functions, and community initiatives. Our policy on cancellations is stated below:

1. Event Registration & Award Nominations

Participation in programs like Pratibha Samman Samaroh is managed via pre-registration. If a student or guardian wishes to withdraw their nomination or attendance, they can notify the committee at least 3 days prior to the event date to allow seat adjustments for other candidates.

2. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by MWES

In case of unavoidable circumstances, bad weather, or administrative orders leading to the postponement or cancellation of an event, MWES will notify registered participants through official announcements, SMS/WhatsApp, or website notices with rescheduled details.

3. Donation Cancellations

Voluntary contributions made online to support social causes and student scholarships are processed immediately for project execution. Hence, confirmed donations cannot be cancelled once processed.
